  3. Upon customer request, we may assist in recommending or coordinating with third-party logistics or freight forwarding companies as a courtesy service.
  4. Any logistics or shipping services provided through third parties are:
    • Arranged on behalf of the customer
    • Subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party logistics provider
    • Not under our direct control or liability

4. Delivery Time & Risk Transfer

  1. Estimated production or delivery timelines provided by us are for reference only and may vary due to production schedules, logistics conditions, customs processes, or force majeure events.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier or freight forwarder.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or changes in laws and regulations.
