Limited Warranty — Two (2) Years

BIAOJIANG & HAVOMEC warrants that this product will be free from defects under normal and intended use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective component, provided that the product has not been subjected to misuse, unauthorized modification, improper operation, or abnormal environmental conditions.

Warranty Coverage Details

• Year 1:
  Parts replacement and repair service for manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Year 2:
  Continued repair support and spare parts supply. Shipping costs and related service fees are not included.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, impact, or unauthorized repair

• Normal wear and tear or consumable components

• Damage resulting from accidents, liquid ingress, power surges, or unstable power supply

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
